1946	Established as the Corporate Services Division of KPMG Hong Kong
Jul 2003	Separated from KPMG Hong Kong
Apr 2004	Acquired the Corporate Services Division of Grant Thornton Hong Kong
Sep 2004	Established in Singapore – KCS Corporate Services (KCS Singapore)
Jul 2005	Established wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai – KCS Management & Consultancy (Shanghai) Co Ltd (KCS Shanghai)
	Set up a Beijing branch of KCS Shanghai in October
	Set up a Shenzhen branch of KCS Shanghai in December
Feb 2006	Established PT K.C Services Indonesia in Jakarta and acquired the Accounting and Payroll unit of Ernst & Young Jakarta
Aug 2007	Established a presence in Sydney Australia
Dec 2008	KCS Trust Limited, a subsidiary of the KCS Group, has acquired the BVI Trust Licence in The British Virgin Islands ("BVI") on 4 December 2008
Jan 2009	Set up a Guangzhou branch of KCS Shanghai
Feb 2010	Set up a Chengdu branch of KCS Shanghai
Jun 2010	Acquired the payroll services business in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi from Navigos Group
