Leo has almost 30 years' experience providing integrated business services to clients. Previously Leo was an Audit Partner with KPMG and in 1998 he joined Ernst & Young as an Assurance and Advisory Business Services Partner, and by 2000 Leo was the partner in charge of Ernst & Young's Accounting and Payroll Services Division.
Leo's professional expertise is in accounting, auditing and as well as due diligence work, he has acted as the auditor on several Initial Public Offerings (IPO's). His experience crosses a number of industries, including manufacturing, trading, hotel and property/real estate industries. After retiring from Ernst & Young at end of January 2006, he joined KCS Indonesia on 1 February 2006.
